Fabian hat sevDesk 2013 in Offenburg mitgegründet und die Buchhaltungsplattform als CEO auf über 130.000 Kunden geführt. Anfang 2025 ging sevDesk an die französische Cegid-Gruppe; Fabian ist heute Chairman und begleitet das Unternehmen weiter im DACH-Geschäft. Fabian co-founded sevDesk in Offenburg in 2013 and led the accounting platform as CEO to more than 130,000 customers. In early 2025 sevDesk joined France's Cegid group; today he serves as chairman and continues to support the DACH business.

Mit Iron Capital investiert er seit 2021 das eigene Vermögen — direkt in Software, Space und Defense, als LP in ausgewählte Fonds und über eigene Gesellschaften in Immobilien in Südbaden. Through Iron Capital he has been investing the family's own capital since 2021 — directly into software, space and defense, as an LP in selected funds, and through his own vehicles into real estate in South Baden.

Davor fünf Jahre beim FONTIS Family Office in Stuttgart: dort hat er die Private-Markets-Plattform mitverantwortet und das Investment-Team mit aufgebaut. Finance hat er von der Pike auf gelernt — Bankausbildung bei der LBBW, duales Studium, MBA. Before that, five years at FONTIS Family Office in Stuttgart, where he co-led the private markets platform and helped build the investment team. He learned finance from the ground up — banking apprenticeship at LBBW, dual-study degree, MBA.
